Kevin Rose (founder of digg.com and Revision3) interviewed Marissa Mayer (Google‘s VP Search Products & User Experience). Topics include the upcoming launch of Google Wave, how Google feels about Microsoft‘s new search engine: bing.com and… “Is Google skynet?”. I am really impressed with the quality of the interview. Almost 24 minutes long, but worth to see, because of lots of interesting answers.
Today is a really bad day for people named Generation X… two lost icons: Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett.
The truth is… that because of Michael Jackson’s death – everybody forgot about one of the Charlie’s angels. I’m not surprised of that fact. The other thing is really interesting – especially for people interested in IT…
It doesn’t look nice…

If you are using Internet Explorer 6 you propably see white background instead of transparent background below social media icons in right upper corner. Yes, I know about it.
But you know what? I don’t care.
Why is that? Answer is really simple… it’s 2009.
The Internet Explorer 6 browser was released back in 2001, and Internet Explorer 7, the replacement, was released nearly three years ago in 2006. Now you can even upgrade your Internet Explorer to version number 8. IE 6 is a last-generation browser. This means that IE 6 can’t provide the same web experience that modern browsers can. Modern web browsers such as IE 7, IE 8, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and even Opera provide significantly better online experiences.
So you shouldn’t be angry or laughing at me, you should upgrade your web browser.
Download Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8
Download Firefox
Download Safari
Download Google Chrome
Download Opera
More informations, why you should upgrade your web browser you can find for example here.
Yes, that’s true!
The Google Japan team produced new video to demonstrate google chrome‘s “easy interface”. What is strange in that news? One thing… that’s an ad produced for tv.
Google began to be disappointed a relatively small number of members of Google Chrome. Maybe much better idea is to create browser for Linux/Mac’s users than spent lots of money for new ad?
some older chrome’s ad made by google for viral marketing…
