Almost anything what you will read in business books, articles and any other business resources is not worth anything, if you don’t have clients. You need them and their money. However is it really so important to do anything what they want? Is it true that they are the most important?

Most of not so advanced entrepreneurs think that projects, which they invented, are their kids. And that is true. However they also think that they have to think about them all day long. That they have to worry about them at night, that they are the best people to develop them and to manage them. And that is not true. I can say much more… stay away from them. You are the client!

Sin of entrepreneur: one-person company

People think that having a company is a really easy. That everybody can have a company, because it’s not a problem to manage a one-person company. That’s a bullshit! Setting up new firm is easy. Paying taxes is easy. Having company? No. Why? Because having a one-person company is a myth.
