When I was in Spain (yeah! again… Spain) I have seen something great: after a few minutes of rain, on each street of Sol (that’s a district of Madrid) you could meet some guy from Asia, who was selling umbrellas. That’s what I call a great business sense.

It’s one of the biggest mistakes of entrepreneurs, who have created a startup. They think, that if they are really involved in their project, then everyone else should be involved as much, as they are. Listen to me carefully: they won’t be involved as much, if you won’t give them something back!
