John Wanamaker was a United States merchant, religious leader, civic and political figure, considered by some to be the father of modern advertising and a “pioneer in marketing”. An author of great sentence about advertising.
“Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don’t know what half.”
So true. I have this feeling all the time, when I look at the bill for advertising or any other marketing services. Some of the costs that we have are cost-effective some of them are not. Some of the activities, for which we pay, positively affect the image of our brand, some of them are unnoticed. Unfortunately the trouble is that we never know which ones are which ones.
