In this environment we live in now, customer service is marketing because any of your customers could be Tweeting or writing about you.
Every entrepreneur, business owner and product manager has to remember about that!
Everyone can write about you these days. Everyone could become a ‘PR specialist’ by writing about your product on his blog, facebook wall, twitter account or anywhere else.
So… take care of your customer service.

When I wrote about that in 2008 (http://jlwatsonconsulting.com/Article__CS_is_new_Mktg.html),
I was very convinced of it.
Your example today shows that this tidal wave of “customer control” is only getting stronger.
