New Nielsen’s Alertbox… about iterative design. They present five iterations (five rounds of iterative design) on a single tweet. Worth to read. More on Twitter Postings: Iterative Design
Few weeks ago I was looking for some website, that could aggregate my images. I was using Picasa Web Albums, but I don’t like it. I prefer to use it just for some kind of private photos, or something like that. I was looking for some kind of website, which could help me in creating collection of really well-designed websites or parts of websites. Flickr looks good, so that’s why I just started to using it.
Kevin Rose (founder of digg.com and Revision3) interviewed Marissa Mayer (Google‘s VP Search Products & User Experience). Topics include the upcoming launch of Google Wave, how Google feels about Microsoft‘s new search engine: bing.com and… “Is Google skynet?”. I am really impressed with the quality of the interview. Almost 24 minutes long, but worth to see, because of lots of interesting answers.
Twitter has changed main page. Propably you know about it, right? In my opinion: still not perfect, but much better than it was earlier. New design, new informations, new links, huge search box… these are the most important changes.
Really good interview in “Late Show”… Kevin Spacey tries to explain what is twitter.
Really nice slideshow created by Marta Kagan. Long, but worth to spend some time on reading it.
Just a great picture… I think, that I don’t need to comment it.
New, huge trend in Internet… I mean twitter of course – gave us some benefits… to our lives, to our websites, to our jobs. Twitter has changed methods of communication and promotion. However it’s not hard to refer the impression, that it does not remained without effect on our behavior and methods of reading the real, long articles.
