Like I said before – last week I was on a conference called Campus Party Europe. There were lots of speakers and presentations. However right now I’d like to pick two of these, which – in my opinion – were the best.

Last week I was on a conference called Campus Party Europe 2010. Because of volcano’s explosion I was stuck there, but now I came back.

What has happened since the beginning of the year? What has been changed in projects, in which I participate? What has been changed in my private life?

You shouldn’t have too much time for doing it

Try to recall how it was, when you had to do homework. Try to recall how it was, when you had to learn for the exam in school. When did you start to do all of this? One night before? Two nights? Probably not earlier.

Don’t expect too much from your employees, if you don’t give them anything back

It’s one of the biggest mistakes of entrepreneurs, who have created a startup. They think, that if they are really involved in their project, then everyone else should be involved as much, as they are. Listen to me carefully: they won’t be involved as much, if you won’t give them something back!
